Probably the best Tour operator I have tried until now. Perhaps they are not the cheapest one but know how to exceed customer's expectations: we have received as gift a wonderful book of the main French Cathedrals (my husband and I visited many of them), they convinced the hotel where we stayed for an upgrade (and this in almost all cities we have visited) and offered a wonderful bouquet of flowers for my birthday.
